+ -1 moreMr. Ross is very professional. Two years ago when he installed the major part of the floors, I left town for a week on vacation and he was very trustworthy and handled some repairs that came up in other areas for me. Mr. Ross is very personable and does a great job.
Description of Work: Mr. Ross had installed hardwood floors in my family room, kitchen, breakfast room, hallway, and 3 bedrooms about 2 years ago. I recently decided to do the laundry room as well. He did this under fairly poor conditions (the floor was very sticky after the tile was pulled off), worked at it for about 4 hours and it looks amazing.
