Johnnie did a fantastic job.  He was very flexible as we had a couple issues that needed to be worked out with the design and functionality. The quality of his work was excellent, as we are very picky! Johnnie was very easy to work with and we highly recommend him for under decking.  All turned out wonderful and as the weather is getting better, we can't wait to use our new outdoor space.

Johnny did a great job! He installed an underdeck covering in a couple of days. He came a couple of weeks before and provided a quote. Came back on the day we agree and did the installation. Very professional, and clean looking job. I would recommend to anyone.

Needed new gutters for our patio. Johnny (Shuburte.com) did a great job. You can depend on the work that Johnny and his team does. They came right out and did the job for the price that he quoted. Gutters and downspouts look fantastic and installation quick and professional. Would highly recommend Johnny and his team to anyone I know.

Professional, high quality service. They offered a great price and did the work with high quality material in a reasonable amount of time. Very neat and efficient. The crew picked up after them selves and left no trash or Trace of having worked in my backyard for several days. The crew was observant of my plants and worked around them. My landscape suffered no damage. There was no music being played. The crew spoke English well and were courteous and pleasant to have around.

We can't say enough about the great job that Johnny (Shuburte.com) and his team did. Our old deck was way past it's life span and we were looking at replacing it with a screened in porch if the price was right. Before calling anyone I looked on Angie's list for possible contractors for estimates and possibilities for replacement. After seeing the reviews on Angie's list we called Johnny out for consultation on various possibilities and prices. Shuburte.com wasn't the only one we called, but the first thing that impressed us with Johnny was his knowledge, confidence and professionalism. After looking our situation over Johnny left with the promise to come back with different possibilities and quotes to give us what we were looking for. In the next couple of days Johnny came back with the perfect solution to our problem. Construction started with Johnny and his team coming out to tear the old deck out. I thought that might take a while but within a few hours the deck was dismantled and hauled off.  Next Johnny helped us with finding another team to come out and pour a concrete patio to set the screened in patio on. Once that was completed Johnny and his team came back out and installed the screened in porch. We now have a beautiful 12' x19' aluminum screened in porch that requires no maintenance. The job that Johnny did was fantastic. The first thing that you notice about Johnny is his attention to detail. He works like a true craftsman with attention to the smallest detail making sure that the job is done correctly and it was. I will give you one word of caution.  Johnny and his team is so committed to getting the job done with craftsmanship and his company is so busy with work that it may take a few extra days to get the job finished but I promise it's a few extra days well spent waiting on it getting completed.  I can't recommend Shuburte enough. Lastly, yes I would hire them again, yes I would recommend them to anyone and no I am not a paid spokesman, a family member or previous friend to Shuburte.com. I had never met Johnny or anyone on his team prior to this job but I do appreciate craftsmanship and we got it with Shuburte.com.

Johnny and his assistant did a fantastic job!  I spoke with him at length about the job while he was out of state, and was so impressed with his knowledge about this type of work that I decided to hold off until he returned  and was able to do it for me. He came out, assessed the problem, and quoted an estimate for the job (which he kept to exactly).  He explained the color choices, then returned with his assistant to install it.  They replaced the leaking underdecking in a day, and, in addition, they cleaned out the entire gutter system on the back of my house--even the gutters way up above my second floor, which they wanted to be sure were draining properly! They also removed the old roofing and all construction debris. 
A few days later, after a heavy rain, they called and came by to examine their work. Dissatisfied with some minimal amount of dripping that was happening across the back side, they dismantled the entire roof to correct a slight angle problem. Now their work is perfect!
The new underdeck is bright, attractive, and has completely eliminated any leaking on the patio. In addition and even more importantly, the new system prevents any water from backing up into the stucco siding of my home, thereby causing rot or other water-related problems. Johnny has guaranteed his work for 30 years. 
We could not be more impressed with Shuburte! He and his helper were polite, knowledgeable, worked with integrity, and, best of all, were so highly motivated to be sure we were thrilled with the job and completely satisfied. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and would urge anyone in need of the variety of services they can provide to give Johnny Shuburte a chance to show you some real old-school service. He takes great pride in his work, and is so nice to deal with!

I build house so for me to say this means a lot. I really could not be happier. Johnny and his crew know their work and did a great job on time and within the price quoted. I have already given him out for several referals. You do not need to get other bids these are your guys, period.

Johnnie Shuburte is a great guy to work with!  He helped me pick out my colors and went way above and beyond to meet my husband's and my expectations.  He was a very dependable and reliable contractor!  I would highly recommend him!

Johnnie provided a reasonable quote for installing our dri-below system on our new upper deck.  Approximately 400 sq-ft was involved.  He provided excellent guidance to prepare us for the  installation.  From our first meeting, I immediately recognized him as the one for this job.  He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of this task.  He would clarify and answer all our questions on the spot.  Daily cleanup was not a problem.  Project took approximately a week to complete-because of rainy weather.  Follow-up to correct a minor leak was immediate.

I am very pleased with my new under decking.  It has turned my backyard into a place I enjoy now.  No more bees nesting and rain dripping through onto the patio!!  Johnnie Shuburte was fantastic and so helpful in giving me great advice on color choices for my trim, downspouts, and gutters.  He is also punctual and finished the job on time.  It has rained hard several times since the installation and no leaking.  The job he did was perfect in every way!

I had a clogged downspout that was part of my under deck system.  I had been trying to get someone out to look at it for 3 weeks, but no one was interested/available.  I called Shuburte after a quick search on Angieslist and Johnnie answered immediately.  He actually asked me to hold on a second so he could put down the heavy item he was holding!  I explained the issue and he told me that he could be at my house in 30 minutes.  My wife met him there and within another 30 minutes he had diagnosed the problem.  Apparently there was a large rock lodged in the downspout and the elbow was bent almost shut and it was backing everything up.  He easily could have pulled apart my deck and underdeck system and made up some crazy issue or problem and turned it into a $500 job, but he was more honest than any other contractor I have ever dealt with.  He fixed the problem right then and there and only charged me $60 for a service call.  I put his card in my file and made a note to call him next winter because he also does fireplaces. A+++!!!

I called Johnny Shuburte on a Thursday morning for an estimate, he was at my home the same day and provided a written estimate the same day. I contracted with Johnny the following day and because of a postponement of another job Johnny was able to start the following Monday. Monday morning Johnny showed up to begin the project as promised, he did the layout for the system and ordered the material the same day. The following day was a wash but the material for the job was delivered. Johnny was back at it on Wednesday and proceeded to work the remainder of the week to complete the job on Saturday morning.
Johnny is a meticulous craftsman. He does not cut corners, if he is dissatisfied with a piece that he's cut he will toss it and redo it. His experience in installing undecking shows as he is doing his installation and in the finished product. We threw Johnny a curveball because we installed LED recessed lighting instead of the standard incandescent lighting that is customarily used. Johnny was able to do the modification and still ensure we had a completely watertight system. We are extremely happy with Shuburte's installation, it has transformed our dingy patio into a vibrant, bright and especially dry area that we are now able to enjoy rain or shine.
Since the installation we had a strong rain storm with hail, the system held tight without a hint of a leak.

This man works for himself and normally does not travel as far as Warner Robins but he came to clean out the dryer vent. He spent 4 or more hours cleaning it and the vent pipe from the inside out and outside in until it was clean and dry. He trouble shot the problem and showed me that the sprinkler system was spraying right inside the dryer vent on the outside and that the dryer vent cap was pointed right at it. I had 16 feet of piping with 2 gallons of wet lint, which he got out. It works like new, and he never even thought of charging me extra because it took so long. I paid him extra because he took the time and trouble to do it right and to explain to me what was wrong.

We agreed upon a finished price. We included updates and some modification. Johnny went above and beyond. He did a great job. I am now building my retirement home. I know there need to be underdecking installed. I just hope Johnny will travel to the beach....
