The job turned out great -- it looks neat, the cuts were well planned, and Mr. Hayes was able to save me $200 by reducing the amount of bullnose tile that was needed. His price was good compared to other bids that I got -- not the highest or the lowest, but very reasonable.

Tile work was well done. Did not replace brass plate in bottom of shower with screws - he caulked it in (how am I to clean the drain?) Caulking around whirlpools was half done. When I called and asked to fix plate and finish caulking, he blew me off.
