I would like to leave a review, but don't see a link on the website. Beryl King and B.J. Wesdan have excellent, professional customer service. Mr. King contacted me within minutes of my online request for a plumber. How refreshing to find people with old time work ethic...time, value, and service. B.J. was at my house within an hour after I sought a plumber online through Home Advisor. The repair (tighten the drain pipe under kitchen sink) was done and no charge. I'm bringing him back next week for a full home inspection and pricing for maintenance and minor repairs. Thank you, guys!! You are my forever-go-to-plumbers. It is so difficult around the lake to find reputable folks that will actually show up and do the work if you can get them out to give a quote.

They found the leak and went right to work. In the process, they found that the line to the water heater was also leaking. They fixed that as well. An efficient pair that got the job done - and then some! Would I use them again? Absolutely!!

After recently purchasing a home in Eatonton, we found ourselves with a leaky main line pipe. As well the pressure valve did not appear to be functioning as it should. Regal Plumbing came in, corrected the issues in a professional and timely manner. I would hire them again without question!

This company was concerned with cost. Worked to save me money before completely replacing the hot water tank. They found out that it was just a tripped circuit that was not obvious in the box. I have used their services twice and will use them in the future.

Great customer service. Beryl was excellent. Ernie did a great job with the installation of my kitchen sink. The job took longer and was more complicated than anticipated so the cost was more than the phone quote. But we totally understand you can't really know how long a job will take until you are on site.

Thought we needed to replace the hot water heater. After they looked at it, they were able to repair for a fraction of the cost to replace. They were very fast and professional. I will recommend them for any plumbing needs. Very satisfied.

Ernie was polite, informative, and efficient. He repaired our leak and worked tirelessly to complete the job and to do an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company. they are professional, skilled, and friendly. Very satisfied with my contacts with them and a job well done.

Quality of work was ok and professional/knowledge was good. On completion of replacing guts inside my 3 faucets they seems to be loose when I turn them on. I think the price to change the washers & springs was too much. Also had a fill valve install in toilet.

They, hopefully, got to the root of my problem fairly quick. They also showed me what the issue was and gave me recommendations on how to monitor it going forward. They called me to follow up on my inquire very quickly and were very professional.

Arrive before schedule appointment. Did not have to wait for them all day. He came out to find out the problem and proceeded from there. He is all about saving the customer money if possible. I would hire again for plumbing projects in the home.

The work was done pretty much as scheduled. Regal had an emergency job request the morning my job was scheduled and they called to inform me they would be a couple of hours latter than originally scheduled. The plumber completed the emergency job and telephoned to let me know he was on the way and would arrive in 45 minutes. He arrived as promised, completed the 4 jobs I had, cleaned up the work areas and was gone in about an hour. The work was done professionally and the price for parts and labor was reasonable.

The service men were prompt and very professional. They did great work.
