Appliance Repair
My refrigerator was under warrenty so I didn't have to pay for the repair. It was as simple as replacing a hose, yet it took them ALL DAY to finally get here, after they had given me a set time. I had worked my schedule around this time,but apparently that didn't matter. On top of that, they couldn't finish the repair on site and said that they needed to order a hose to finish it. I haven't heard back from them since. I have made several phone calls and still nothing. Can't get an answer or call back or anything. I DO NOT recommend them for service unless it is absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, this is who does the warrenty work for Lowes. The one thing that I can say is that the young men that came out where very nice and professional in their attitude.
