 + -1 moreI was most impressed with the professionalism of the installation crew who worked quickly and cleanly. I appreciated the appointment being met on time also.
Description of Work: The salesman listened to me and agreed to install gutters to only needed strategic areas on my house. He didn't try to "sell" me gutters I didn't need which I found most fair and reasonable.

 + -1 moreThis is the second home in which I have hired EZ Gutters to complete an installation. They have always been friendly and professional. The reason for this service request was to repair a leak in an area that went undetected until the damage was noticed. Although it took several calls to get them back out (miscommunication), Tom did not charge anything to make the repair, despite the fact it took several trips. He was always on time and courteous. I am please with this service, especially the fact that they were willing to acknowledge the error. Vicki and Tom make a great team, great customer service paired with knowledge/skill to get the job done is rare in today's market. I would hire them again!
Description of Work: A re-visit to correct small issue with gutters installed in 2005.

Description of Work: We built a new building connected to our old building. Tom removed all of the 5" original gutters on the old building and replaced it with new 6" gutters & downspouts on the entire old and new building.

 + -1 moreTom arrived on time and was very professional and eager to explain all the aspects of the proposed job. He brought actual samples to look at and his quote was in line with what we had already received from another company.
Description of Work: This was one of two companies we interviewed and received estimates from after studying the information provided on Angie's list. Although we went with the other company, it was a tough choice, as E-Z Gutters was very close in price and professionalism in most of the categories.

 + -1 moreThe man that came to give an estimate was on time. He gave me a time table of about a week and half. I received a call yesterday that he was done. He finished several days early. They look great. He is also licensed and insured. They are very friendly and provide good customer service.
