When AEL called to do the service they were great. Just remember to look at coupons from Home Advisor and mention them yourself. They were clear cut about prices and we decided to do the service every 3 months. Schedule was easy and within the week. Ants were set to invade. Brittney came out to do our service. She called with updates on her schedule. When she found out she would be late, she called to ask if we wanted to keep the appointment or reschedule. We kept it. When Brittney arrived we discussed where the biggest point of entry as been the last two years. AEL uses pet and kid friendly materials, so when she finished spraying our dog was not at risk to go outside after. It has been a month, the ants are gone and the only bugs we see inside are dying or dead. We have been told if we have a bug problem in between service treatment ms to call. I can t rate customer service on bad miscommunication with the front office this time. My migraines were hindering my abilities to grasp easy things. I do apologize to AEL.
