We noticed some water stains near a recessed light in our kitchen. I checked Angie's List for recommendations for a roofer and found Azalea City with a great rating. We called them at the end of August and spoke to the owner, Kyle Kellerman. He came out either that afternoon or the next morning, I forgot which. He was professional and friendly. He inspected inside the attic first. Then he went on the roof with our garden hose and ran the water while my husband remained in the attic to see where the leak was. Once we found the leak, he gave us an estimate of the cost of repair. We accepted his estimate, at which time he went back up on the roof to do a temporary repair (with some spray foam, I think) which would prevent further leakage until the actual repair could take place about a week later.
Kyle called us the night before he came to do the roof repair, and showed up in the morning with other workers to perform the repairs, which took 2 or 3 hours approximately. He remained on the job the whole time. Everything was done very professionally and we were happy with the results. It has rained since but we haven't noticed any further leaks yet. Hopefully we won't see any, but we feel confident in going back to Kyle should we have any problems. We received a warranty on his work, which will be long enough to last until we need a new roof in the next few years.
All in all, I'm satisfied with his service. I probably could have found someone to do the work cheaper, but sometimes the cheap ends up being expensive in the long run.

Excellent service all around. Kyle walked us thru everything from start to finish. All meetings went well and we were engaged from the start. Every step that Kyle said would happen did and within the exact time frame. We met to purchase items together and he offered his opinion but never was pushy, always had our interests in mind the whole time. He arranged for all of his contractors to meet us at our house prior to any work done so we could all be on same page. We felt like he was on our side the whole time, never telling us what had to happen or what we needed, he would give us the costs and then let us know what he could do and how long it would take.
When it came to doing the job, his people were great, excellent attitudes, very professional across the board. They came in did their job and left, no issues any days. Job took exactly as long as Kyle said and when it was complete, I couldn't believe how good it looked. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and service provided by Kyle and his team.

1. Mr. Kellerman thoroughly explained. Each item that was to be done under contract.
2. Workers arrived on time each day and worked diligently all day.
3. When issues were encountered, Mr. Kellerman pointed out each one, how they effected the project, and how he recommended taking care of it.
4. Mr. Kellerman finished within the time expected, did a marvelous job, corrected all the framing problems, and - best of all - thoroughly cleaned up all debris caused by the job.
5. The roof is beautiful. I could not be more pleased.

I was very pleased with Kyle's professionalism and attitude. He was upfront, and didn't haggle about the price. I need a new roof on a part of my house, and the old one needs to be gutted; its a big job (even though its about the size of maybe a 16x20 ceiling). so, once he told me his price, I knew I couldn't do it, but he also gave me the option of having some of my family do a service ourselves that would preserve the floor for a few months--at least 12--and I opted for that. I appreciate him understanding how tight funds can be these days...I would definitely call him if I came into a few thousand dollars...

We purchased a home in Valdosta that needed some repairs. We live in Atlanta. We checked the reviews on Angie's List, and are very thankful that we did & that we found Kyle Kellerman! He was superb in every aspect of the repairs. He gave us an estimate in advance and was very thorough with all the details. He was in contact with us throughout the entire process. Our son had sent us pictures of the remodel that Kyle did in the foyer to create an opening to the dining room. The pictures did not do his work justice! It took us a couple of months to get to Valdosta to see the remodel, and we were elated at the superior work done by Kyle! You could not tell that the opening was not there when the house was originally built. It flowed perfectly with the existing trim and flooring. Kyle went out of his way to make sure the flooring color matched, even though the existing flooring was 4 years old. We also had to have some work done on the garage framing. Kyle explained all the variables that could occur once he removed the framing. One scenario would be a simple repair; however, if he found more extensive damage, there would be another scenario to complete the repair. He prepared us for both situations in advance so that there were no surprises. Luckily for us, the simple repair was all that was needed. Kyle is a rare find. He takes pride in his workmanship and is professional on all levels. We wish we could find someone like him in the Atlanta area! We would recommend him to anyone looking to get a remodel or repairs on their home. If we need any repairs on the home in the future, Kyle will get our business!! It was very good pricing, good work and very good all around. They did a good job, they were friendly, they were on time and they got it done in less than a day. They cleaned up after themselves and they didn't leave any debris around.

This is the second time we called on Azalea City Roofing & Construction Inc which we are just as pleased how the well the pool bathroom renovation went as we are from when they did our roof last summer. Kyle was very respectful of our time and money. He said he was not the cheapest we would find and told us why. We were so impressed with his knowledge and attitude- we knew we'd be having him do the job. He started and finished in a timely manner. He kept us abreast of how the job was going at the end of each day. He also replaced a piece of crown moulding- he took the time to find the right design and the right stain. He really went the extra mile!! We would definitely use him again and recommend him to any and everyone!

As I had before, I had a lot of luck with them. They subcontract and all of them were really nice and easy to get along with. I just had a good experience. I love my kitchen and bathroom. It's very nice. I would definitely use them again. From what I've heard about the price, it would be designed as other people that I have known have designed work done in areas. Most of the time they were great on their responsiveness.

They are super and they are the best in town. I am well pleased with them. They were not pushy at all. The scheduling was great and he was out within a week working on my house. They worked from early in the morning to late at night to get it done. The cleanup was awesome.

His service and the work he did was of the highest quality. The cost was a little higher (which he explained to us prior as well), but well worth every penny as we have not had any isses since he worked on our home. I recommend Azaela 100%.

Kyle Kellerman of Azalea City Roofing & Construction Inc, has done a SUPERB job on getting our whole roof re-shingled in a timely manner, over seeing the stucco repair, painting, electrician & building an extension built over our custom grill. Him & his crew were always polite, punctual, hard working & very professional. My husband & I knew we could go to him with any problem we had & he would immediately get it done. Kyle's main goal was to always make sure we were happy with the progress of the job.
