They were proactive. I' m doing some expansion. I had told them I wanted to replace the second one at some point. There was absolutely no pressure to go ahead and do it soon, but whenever I was ready to replace it. They ran some feed lines in anticipation of doing that later. I had a couple cold spots, heating wise in my basement. They modified the lines. They added a couple lines in the basement to the existing ones. I thought that was nice to run to the bathroom where it didn't exist. That's the kind of service I like and appreciate.

They are very good. I had very good customer experience with them. They were good in all categories. They came to install it. They put the things down to protect the floor. It was a complete new install because they put a second system in my attic. I've had, knock on wood, no problem whatsoever. It was about $1500 or so, or more, less than the other estimates that I had. Right now, they are the only one I would use for my heating and air problems.

It was excellent.  They were friendly and knowledgeable.  It was a great price.  It was a pleasant experience all around.  They put paper down when they came in so they wouldn't track dirt.  They cleaned up and patched the ceiling where they put the vents in.  They also painted.  I plan on using them in the summer to put in a second unit in the basement.  They were about $1500 cheaper than the other estimates.
