I've had them for 4 years. They're the only provider in my area unless you go to satellite. I'm disappointed with Windstream Communications because of my latency issues with internet since January of this year. They told me that it would be fixed by end of the year. They're giving me credit for the latency but I rather have the service working. They got great prices.
