TICO Renovations

TICO is by far the best contractor we have ever used. The bids are complete and very competitive. The workers are friendly, very skilled, unbelievably hardworking and always on time. The quality of the work was first rate in every case and they even did some work here and there that was not originally contracted -- and didn't charge us a penny extra. What comes to mind in particular is a set of bolts that had to be removed and reversed because they stuck out precariously on the side of one of the new stairs. We reported the problem having assumed that TICO had inadvertently installed these bolts backwards. Turns out that the original contractor installed them, not TICO. But now they were dangerously in the way. The repair was made anyway. Gratis! We're having them do additional work for us including landscaping, gutter repair, installing a roof ridge vent, and who knows what else that we'll discover needs to be done in our new home.
Just can't say enough about how glad we are to have found Gus and his crew (through a former neighbor's referral, btw) and can't imagine using any other company for our future home renovation projects. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO SAY THE LEAST!
