 + -1 moreTheir carpet cleaning was great, but their customer service was not. I scheduled an appointment at a rental home that I don't live in, and they didn't show up. I called and they said I didn't have an appointment, but I did. They were rude about it. Eventually they called back and offered to do it for free, because they realized they made a mistake. They came out and did it and I paid them anyway.
Description of Work: They cleaned all the carpets in my home.

carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreArrived a little late but that was not a problem. Cleaned three bedrooms and their closets and the living room. Also, cleaned a wool throw rug, I had inquired if it could be done. Just beautiful. I paid a little extra for deodorizing and it smells wonderful, definitely worth the extra cost. I will only use this company in the future! Support our local businesses! The technician was knowledgeable, VERY thorough, and a very pleasant person.
Description of Work: Fantastic. Best experience with any carpet cleaner ever.

 + -1 moreThey go per room to scrub, overall it was only about $220 and that's including like the actual cleaning, the stain prevention and flopping the carpet. The technician that came out was not pushy, he was very courteous, very nice, he did the job fast and got out of there. They actually call you before they come to make sure you are ready.
