Safe and Sound Home Inspections

Tyrus Parrish is the owner and a wealth of information.  From the first phone call I made to inquire about the inspection on my new construction build he was professional and freely shared his knowledge. He was able to provide the builders agent with all of the necessary certifications and get approval to do the inspections.  These certifications are critical as the builder stipulates in the buyers contract that only certified inspectors will be considered as valid sources of information when addressing concerns.
Tyrus was prompt and professional on each of the three occassions we met.  In additon to those meetings, when little things would come up during the building process and I had questions, he was available via phone to answer them. 
Tyrus provides very detailed written feedback in his reports, with accompanying high quality pictures showing exactly what he is addressing.  This is helpful for the homeowner and the builder to have a very clear understanding of what needs to be addressed.  This is especially helpful when addressing issues that are related to code and safety matters, and gives the homeowner a different perspective with which to view the building process. 
Tyrus was able to point out things that were not evident to the average person with no building experience.  These observations were invaluable at the framing stage and at the final walk through stage, and I am very thankful for his attention to detail.
