His pricing is along the line of other builders in the area for the level of knowledge, craftsmanship and superior products. Randy works alongside his crew and started grading within days of signing the contract. He did his best to make sure we're happy throughout the process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and is building our home as if it were his own. He gave us good design, functionality and re-sale ideas that we would have never thought of on our own. Great integrity and craftsmanship. I would recommend Randy to anyone wanting to build, remodel or add on to their property.
