 + -1 moreI have had republic services for many years. After two years of being double charged for an large recycle bin and being told I would only receive a $49.00 refund I elected to terminate my service. Every single person I spoke with lied to me. I was told the refund originally would be much more than that but a supervisor said that an extra 96 gallon bin is only worth a dollar a month. I was given two different dates to have the two garbage bins picked up and to date they have never been picked up. Their garbage service was always excellent, it is their unethical business practices and poor customer service you have to be aware of. I still have not gotten this resolved and it’s been almost 2 months. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends or family.
