He likes little jobs. Anything I needed, from faucet to toilet to moving things or adding ceiling fans, he was there. He did termite repair, laid a cement patio, and installed new hardware, including hinges, to my kitchen cabinets, which was not an easy task. He even helped me with my Christmas decorations. I trusted him in my house when I wasn't there. He was never too busy to help me.
