Marc McClendon Siding & Gutters

He and his crew showed up about 30 minutes late (not a big deal). They took down all the gutters and cleaned up the major stuff as they went along. Showed me where the previous contractor had installed the wrong materials and/or didn't attach the old gutters correctly. Then pointed out where the current roof shingles were cracked, allowing water to get into the soffits. Asked if I wanted those areas fixed as well. I had extra 2x4s and shingles, so he just charged me labor to install those and make it right. Asked if I would be willing to paint the exposed fascia boards that were not replaced before they came back the next day so that they could get the gutters installed quickly. I painted all the old fascia boards (which were actually OSB instead of hard wood -- that was the builder's fault). It took two coats to paint all the old fascia. They came back on the second day and fixed the fascia on an upper gable and put some small gutters there to control the run off on to the lower roofs. When they were almost done, Marc asked me to walk with him and check out the installation. He also said that when we get a heavy rain to please come out and check the gutters and down spouts and make sure there are no more leaks. Then he and his crew walked around the entire house and picked up very big and little bit of debris. Very professional.
