College Works Painting

From the initial contact to the final walkthrough, we were very pleased with the level of attention and service that Jacky and Matt provided painting our house. Jacky and his crew did a great job painting the house. As with a lot of older houses, there was an issue with lead-based paint and Jacky and his crew took special care of addressing and containing the lead paint. If you are looking for a quality paint job at an affordable price, I would highly recommend Jacky and Matt at College Works Painting.

First off, I got another quote for the work I needed done, and it was more than twice this amount with an Angie's List discount. The person giving me the estimate said a huge number of pieces of cedar would need to be replaced (rather than nailed down and caulked). That scope included the painting of a small deck by the pool and restaining the front door, both of which were not included in College Work's scope….but sure would not justify more than double the price. Overall the work went okay. It took a while to get done, but we weren't in a huge hurry, and we went on vacation soon after the work started, and that kind of stalled the schedule. I suppose if we had said that it HAD to be done by some date they would have worked differently. Throughout the work the project manager kept in touch with me and told me what was happening when.
