They did an outstanding job of using what existing brick they could and bringing in new matching bricks to complete the project.  I was also very please with their reasonable price, another company had estimated $10,000.

Rick provided great ideas on how to get a great looking patio slab at an affordable price. I chose a stamped concrete slab for both price and durability and upkeep. I am very happy with my choice - it looks great and easy to take care of. Rick and his crew showed up early and got the slab set up and installed within two days. Rick himself showed up on a Sunday to get the slab cleaned off, sealed and all of the work areas cleaned off. He even left me a pile of firewood so that I could test out the fire pit that weekend! Rick also made sure that the drainage was done correctly so that water ran away from both my home and the neighbors'. It has been a month since the work was completed, and I have had several neighbors sneak over to check out the workmanship. I suspect that they are jealous! The simple fire pit was the best idea - just a ring of large stones placed into the ground - as it allows us to make some very awesome-looking camp fires! Best of all , rick's quote was almost half of what his competition was providing me. Easy choice, all around.

Rick and crew are great. Not only do they do a great job, they charge reasonable rates. I have done several projects over the years with Rick and this one turned out just as well as all the others. He's done large and small projects for me. Both a really good guy and good contractor. A rare find.


The stoop and stairs turned out better than I expected. Once it was removed Rick discussed the options of how to put it back and we eventually decided on a larger stoop with 1 additional stair. It looks better now with the new additional stair and larger footprint.
