Totally Legit!!! This is why we read reviews in hopes to find authentic quality customer service like this! I wish I can give more stars!!! After just relocating back to my home, I had another pest control company that claimed to be the "top" in the business that came out 2 weeks prior to treat my home for creepy crawlers (spiders and water bugs). I know they weren't out to treat termites but the tech should have noticed the wood frame around my master bathroom door looked like termite damage from the warped water looking damage across the top & side frame and the termite tracks along the frame, ugh!! This would have been the opportunity for this company to score additional business. Needless to say, I canceled the annual service I just started with this "top" pest control company. I discovered termite damage late Monday night May 6, and I started my research online immediately to find the best professionals. By Tuesday morning around 7:30 am I had a call from Bob the owner who came out to inspect that morning at 9:00 am. He thoroughly explained to me what my problem was after inspecting the inside and outside of my house. He told me his recommendation and the straight forward costs to treat and to have on going protection service which was completely affordable. Bob performed a preliminary treatment and the next day he brought a team out to treat the inside and outside of my property thoroughly. Will be recommending this company to all of my friends! Thanks Safer Home Services!!! YOU ALL ROCK!!!

This is an honest company with professional staff. The owner, Bob, sent out staff immediately to inspect the property. After the inspection, Bob took the time to speak with me about the bug problem and offer solutions to rid the problem. I called back multiple times with questions and Bob, as well as his administrative staff, were always professional and patient with me. On the day of the extermination, Bob arrived with another staff person. They performed another very thorough onsite inspection in each room and then proceeded to exterminate the property. They provided very helpful tips for maintaining the property and keeping unwanted bugs away. I would highly recommend this company.

Brandon came out to inspect my property as well as informed me of the termite treatment procedure and cost. He sold me on the new process of laying a liquid foundation all around the home, instead of using the pods to collect them. This procedure seems to be more efficient in helping get rid of them. He was also very professional and provided excellent customer service. I needed to clarify a few things before receiving the treatment. Therefore, I called into the office, spoke with his manager (the owner) and the young lady in the office to clarify a few things. I can truly say that everyone has provided excellent customer service and It has been a great experience working with them so far. Brandon arrived on time, informed me on how long it would take, he got the job done and finished on time. So far, so good. I recommend them to anyone looking for a termite exterminator. I will be using them in the future, should any other pest issues arrive.

Safe Home Services called me right away after my bid request for Termite inspection and sent Scott over the same day. He was very professional and not to mention, super nice. He inspected each and every room including closets and walked and measured the outside of house. He gave me a very fair estimate to which I accepted. Not only did he show up on time as promised to do the job but brought along Brandon to help who was equally as professional. They seemed to work very well together and got the job finished within 2 hours. I am completely satisfied with their services and can't say enough about Scott and Brandon.
