Called three plumbers before Action actually answered the phone. Price was very reasonable. They showed up early actually. Replaced the w. heater. Took the old one. No problems at all!

They're probably not the least expensive. They were good on responsiveness. Their work is good and they show up when they say they will. They're on time. Someone recommended them to me, but I really don't know how I came in contact with this company.

Called them at 10:30am, they were there at 11:30am, unit was fixed within 30min. Very professional, explained the issue, showed us the bad old part. Wish all service providers were this good and reliable. Thanks

They are in my area, and they were superb. I have already recommended them to my sister-in-law. They were very responsive,and their prices were good, or as I expected. My sister-in-law sent me a text saying they were a very good recommendation.

Came within a few hours of calling. They did plumbing in my house when house was built. Wouldn't use anyone else!

After the technician was done, he said we would get the final price from the office once he submitted the ticket.
A female employee at the office told me it would be $167 because they charge $145 per hour. I feel like I have been taken advantage of because the technician did not perform a full hour of work. In the future I will be calling Fitzgerald and Sons because they charge a flat $72 to come out and look for the problem, then they give you an estimate after they have found the problem and solution. I would have rather paid Fitzgerald and Sons a $72 service charge and them telling me an estimate to fix the faulty toilet seal instead of being charged $145 for an hour by Action plumbing. In summary, Action plumbing is very over-priced.
I was a return customer for Action Plumbing because their receptionist, Terri is very nice and really does try to help and provide good customer service. I cannot do business again with Action Plumbing because their rate for roughly 30 minutes and fixing a toilet seal is unreasonable.

"Action Plumbing sincerely regrets that our customer misunderstood the pricing structure of our service calls. The minimum price for a service call is $145. This price covers the associated costs of providing on-site services. Most importantly, it covers the first hour of most labor services. Action Plumbing does not charge $145 per hour for subsequent hours. We welcome any customer who feels that our prices don't reflect the value of the service provided to call our office and allow us the opportunity to address all concerns. Customer satisfaction is always our main concern."

The service technician was great. I was able to get the water heater replaced within 24 hours of it breaking. The techs left the area clean and made sure he stayed to answer all my questions.
