We received several estimates, but what impressed me the most with this company was the fact that they guaranteed their work. Not only that, but if the first test didn't pass, they would pay for a second test. This was really important because of the situation that we have, the cost each time to do the test, and because we were informed that about 30-35 percent of mold tests fail the first time. I did have to wait a few weeks for the estimate, but this seemed to be the norm for all the other companies that we received estimates from as well. We won't use them because we're going to go with another company that had a lower estimate.
