Treatment seemed to be thorough. Rated a B only because it took several weeks after service to get copies of the service agreement and bait location plan.

The previous owners of my house used Arrow for almost 10 years for termite, rodents, and insects. They are not very effective. Before closing the home inspector found evidence of squirrels in the attic. A month after I moved in a rodent crawled up the air intake on my HVAC and died in the burner box. This is was something that should have been easily prevented by making sure there were screens on the HVAC vents. The mosquito service wasn't really effective, and they didn't bother looking for standing water and didn't put a mosquito dunk in my koi pond or even mention it. They just sprayed and left. Insect service doesn't seem that effective. Especially if they've been out every quarter for a few years. I still see the occasional cockroach in the basement or in the house. Their office was supposed to have my credit card on file, but i ended up getting a call notifying me that I have an outstanding balance. If you cancel a service you will get a call from the manager who will give you a sales pitch. You will also get warned that it will cost more to restart the service.

The price is pretty much in the market right now and I've not had any issues with them. They are responsive and quick.

A very professional gentleman arrived on time and treated both indoors and outside for crawling pests. We specifically mentioned ants and millipedes as our problem pests. Just two days after the initial treatment, we woke up to a kitchen swarming with ants. I called Arrow right away, since they guarantee free repeat visits as needed. Sadly, the guarantee doesn't cover weekends, because we found the ant invasion on Saturday morning and nobody responded till Monday. By then, we'd re-treated for ourselves, since no sane person would let ants overrun their kitchen for two days before a return phone call. Late on Monday, I realized that nobody had ever called from Arrow, so I called them again and was told there was no record of my Saturday morning call. They did send somebody out to retreat on Wednesday of that week. No further problems with ants, but I am still finding millipedes in my house on a daily basis. So far, I'm not terribly impressed with the quarterly pest treatment service.

I have been using Arrow Exterminators - Tucker for the past 20 years and they have doing a good job over the years. The quality of their work is excellent. I will continue using them in the future.

They call me every 3 months to schedule the appointments. They have always been friendly and seem to do a good job.

They check the bait traps every so often. It seems to be working out pretty well because I have not seen any termites. If you have a question or need a bait trap replaced, they will come out and replace it without charging extra. The technician was very knowledgeable and spoke to me for quite some time about the traps. He was able and willing to answer all of my questions and was happy to do it.

They are fine. I like them and I would recommend them. They come on time.

I’ve used them for a long time. They are reasonably priced. They come when they say they are going to come. I don’t have any problems with them. I'm happy with their price. I would recommend them and continue to use them in the future.

I used them for mosquito service. They have also done work as far as the inclusion on my house to keep critters out of my house. I had them replace the ventilation vents in my crawlspace. I like them very much. We have been living here for six years. I think the original owners used to use them, and we just continued with them. I would not have kept them if they had not been as professional as they are. I also use them for termite control. They also have a wildlife division. The person who does the inside of my house also does the squirrel treatment.

I got to know that they hadn?t been around much. I got to know that they considered our services cancelled. They told me that they changed their computer system and according to it we were no longer their customers. They told me that I had canceled my contract with them. But I had not canceled it. I was very disappointed. They told me that they would not reinstate cover. I had paid them in 2007 and they had to come for another quarter. They canceled us and I was very upset. Then I went to another company.

We have used Arrow for termite protection for many years (Sentricon stations), but only recently learned they have a Handy Man service. Cody from the Loganville office came out to give us an estimate on replacing some rotten cedar siding on our house (plus a few other miscellaneous tasks, such as caulking around windows & fixing a gutter). We hired him to do the repair work and are happy with the results. He not only replaced & painted the siding, but built a special wood frame to attach the power box to. We were impressed with the quality & would hire him again.

Our Arrow reps have all been very pleasant and professional. The people who come to do springtime home inspections are prompt for their appointments and courteous while in my home. The quarterly visits to check bait stations are done without a prior appointment, so I often don't know they're coming until my dogs start barking. If I am around, the technicians always have a bit of pleasant conversation while they're working and they leave a written statement about which/how many bait stations are active.

The service seemed to work as it should. We don't have termites, or any more insects than is normal. However, the exterminator was very unprofessional and dismissive. He talked constantly about his personal problems. Our main complaint is that both the termite and the pest control techs never called before coming out, despite our repeated requests. Our backyard has a locked gate that we have to open for termite inspection. Since they never called first, the backyard rarely got inspected.

I was just OK with the service of this company at first, but they have gotten better. They are very friendly, and very prompt. This company is really the only exterminator service that I have used for years, so I can not really compare them to other services.

We are satisfied with our pest control company. We have been using them for about five years now and we have not noticed any bugs, so I assume they are doing their job correctly. We really did not shop around to compare rates and I am usually not here when they come to do their job but I think they are on the up and up and they do what they promise to do for their customers.

We are very happy with the service of this company. They are very neat, clean and they are always on time. They explain what is going to be done in detail and they do a very thorough job. We highly recommend this professional service to others.

I honestly cannot remember what we pay Aero for their services but it is quite fair. I think they do a great job and I am pleased to report we have had no termites to date because of their accurate work. They forgot to fill out a card they left on our door last time they came but other than that they are quite professional.

For the most part they are responsive to my calls and concerns. I have had a few issues with them that took longer than I would have liked to get resolved, but they eventually made things right.
