The technician, Shane, had several valid reasons for not arriving as agreed upon; two flat tires. He did stay in contact and since he was aware I'd taken annual leave for the service call, he came after 7:00 pm. He knew over the phone what the problem most likely was and brought the parts. The office staff was friendly and helpful.
