The guy that came was super nice. He told me that the main needed to be blown out & that they could get someone there that day. So, I didn't go to work, thinking my resolution was coming. The office told me the person. Was coming, until at the end of the day, they told me it was too late and that I would have to reschedule the next day. It turns out that the solution proposed was not the actual solution.

The team was very professional and clearly explained what I should expect. They removed as little drywall as necessary to work behind the walls. The red and blue plumbing used, now makes it easy for me to quickly identify the hot and cold piping if I need to do repairs. They are a bit expensive.

One guy was great - identified the problem and solved it quickly. The next was bad - cut holes in my ceilings in two rooms trying to find a leak only to finally realize it was the seal around the shower fixtures. I had asked him if he should try running the shower but he "didn't think that was the issue." Cost me lots of extra money to fix the two gaping holes in my ceiling.

I have used Allgood for years, but I will never call them again. This guy felt like a salesman trying to push additional items on me, and quoted me over $800 for the work above. He tried to explain the cost by telling me the toilet handles were $115. I stopped listening to the rest. He never asked me what kind of handle I wanted, I would not have selected a $115 handle. I said no thank you, and had someone else do it for half the cost. I am so disappointed, they were my "go to."

Ivan showed up performed services couldn’t fix said it was due to broken pipe, call original company that replaced pipe 6 months prior they came out cleared blockage and charged $100 less than allgood plumbing. ALLBAD PLUMBING!

If Cody is a representation of ALLGOOD as a company, I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic! We have an infant at home (7 weeks) and Cody with ALLGOOD was 100% respectful of that. 5-Star on that aspect alone. Also, it was a bad job to take on (think: sewage drain lines). The job turned into one that was much larger in scope than we initially thought. No delay, they returned the next day and began their repair (they worked into the evenings on the first two nights). It was beyond what we were hoping for. They even corrected issues that were dormant until the initial repairs were made. In other words, after they got 1/2 of the system working properly, and other issues popped up because the first 1/2 was finally working properly and they jumped on those too. Plumbing works like new construction in a 60 year old house!!! Always available by text, cell direct to the crew working your project. This worked for my work schedule perfectly!!! Office staff was awesome too, calls upon scheduling and dispatch. NO WAITING FOR AN ENDLESS OPEN ENDED WINDOW!!! Price was a bit on the high side for the industry, but, as a detail oriented person, it was well worth it. Plumbing is something that no one sees or thinks about in a home until it goes wrong, Cody's work added a feeling of security to our system and I am sure will add security and comfort to any prospective future buyer. If we have any further needs, ALLGOOD will be our first, and likely, only call.

1st attempt plumber came over flushed the toilet a few times. I was told the clogged must have be soft tissue clog and must have unclogged itself 5 minutes after he left drains backed up. 2nd attempt same guy came out two days later cause that was earliest and they want same plumber to come out cause he had experience with this house (haha, just from flushing toilet 2 days prior) he was there and said the line leading to street needed to be cleared and his machine would do it. Never succeeded he said line or pipe was broken and needed to be replaced, the cost $3,200+. Different company came next day did say thing he said he did and cleared line for $100 cheaper than I paid. Called company to report plumber and hopefully get partial refund, I still waiting for someone named Doug to get back with me going on 4 days now! Stay away from this company

I used a coupon through Angie's List. I called Allgood to schedule an appointment. The serviceman called 20 minutes before arriving. The appointment was within the scheduled interval. The serviceman was able to install the garbage disposal I wanted. Everything went smoothly.

The plumber did not show up on the scheduled time and showed up late on the rescheduled time. Aside of that, he was friendly and respectful, and he did the job (ut ended up being a very simple task). Not terrible, but not impressed

Scheduled an appointment for between 12:00 and 4:00 pm. On the day of service, i called at 3:00 to confirm we were still on their calendar, which they confirmed. At 4:00 AllGood calls to say they don’t have a plumber available. So they just figured this out. Their lack of service then forces me to postpone the installation of my dryer...for a week. All AllGood could say was, we’re sorry. On that point we can agree, they are, indeed, a sorry organization.

Cancelled appointment 15 minutes before 4-hour waiting window closed because no plumber available. Something that should have been known 4 hours prior when I could have gotten someone else. Only offered to send replacement following week (after Christmas holiday and guests are here). Looks like I’ll have a broken sink and non working dishwasher this Christmas season - thanks for the gift - it’s not all good.

Arrived hour and a half after 4 hour window. Began work on installing new shower system but had to quit because a part was needed. Returned next day. After cutting a hole in the wall, discovered part WASN'T needed. Installed shower assembly - crooked and leaking. Said there was nothing further he could do, it was probably bad parts. I indicated a longer nipple was needed from the wall, (as indicated in the instruction manual.) After two attempts, found one of proper length that both straightened it and stopped the leak. Displayed a sour attitude and frustration level throughout. Didn't clean up plaster debris left in tub. Will not be using Allgood in the future and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Allgood was no good for us. They left us hanging by calling less than 2 hours before our 3:00 appt. on a Friday to reschedule because they were short staffed that day. What?! I explained to the scheduler it was urgent they come because our problem had progressed and sewage from the clean out valve was overflowing into the back yard. So, she automatically determined over the phone that this was a septic tank issue which they don't service. She tried to tell me that septic tanks need yearly maintenance. No...they don't - they should be pumped every 3-5 years and ours was 3 years ago. I told her and another person this was a blockage that needed cleared. These people don't seem very knowledgeable and their customer service is seriously lacking. Thankfully, we found Jerry with Grayson Plumbing who came out same day and cleared the blockage in less than 30 minutes!! Nope, not a septic tank problem...just a plumbing problem. Not anymore thanks to a company that services its customers with real experience and professionalism for a very reasonable price.

After several tries, they found the clog and the source it. They fixed the immediate problem and provided a quote for the pipe repair. The work performed day of was very expensive and I was glad I ended up getting multiple estimates on the pipe fix because it saved me over $1,000.

My technician (Ivan) was prompt and courteous. He told me that the problem with my kitchen faucet was the cartridge, and he said the cartridge is under warranty with the manufacturer. I got a replacement cartridge from the manufacturer for free (under warranty), and I replaced it in the faucet following the technician's instruction. However, this did not fix the problem. I paid $39 for the trip charge for the initial diagnosis, and the technician was not able to fix the problem because he did not have a replacement cartridge. After calling Allgood to come back and re-diagnose the problem, I was told that I would have to pay the $39 service charge again! On top of that, I was told that I should have been charged $129 the first time for "professional advice from a licensed plumber" but instead was ONLY charged $39. Are you kidding me??? If I am going to pay another trip charge, then I am taking my business elsewhere - and making sure that all my contacts know not to call Allgood.
