These projects included their excellent design services provided by Donna and Sue. Donna was our main contact and was not only professional but hit it off with our son as well. She presented us with several designs and we combined them until we had the look we wanted. She easily incorporated the drawings I made into what was possible with the space we had. Todd, the owner, was equally as friendly and responsive. When we needed someone to come by, they showed up promptly. If I emailed them they got back to me same day (weekends not counting). They even worked with us when financing slowed the project down. They finished the job within the time frame they promised and we will definitely work with them again.

Both Todd (the owner) and Sue (the designer) returned calls promptly and were fantastic to work with. Sue's assistant came up with a design plan that I could never have dreamed of. The project estimate was incredibly detailed and all work was performed to budget (actually a little under budget). Their bid was not the cheapest I had -- but they are well worth the money, the workmanship is top-notch. There were some minor snafu's during the project that were handled quickly and efficiently. (it rained in the bedroom during roof construction) The guys working for Todd are very professional and CLEAN -- everyday, the worksite was tidied up -- very much appreciated! Todd takes great care to explain things to the homeowner and is very accessible. I now have a new beautiful bedroom and bath that is the envy of all my friends. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Todd to others - and as soon as I recover financially, I plan to use Todd for future projects.

A MAJOR KITCHEN REMODEL WILL NEVER BE FUN, BUT MASTERPIECE REMODELING DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT THE JOB WENT SMOOTHLY. THE ESTIMATE WAS DETAILED AND EXPLICIT ABOUT THE SCOPE OF WORK. OWNER TODD FAGON AND DESIGNER SUE KALKSTIEN WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THE FINAL RESULTS WERE GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS WITHOUT RESERVATION.
