The move went great. Movers Direct front office was responsive and easy to deal with. Their movers were careful, prompt, efficient and courteous.

I CANNOT say enough great things about these movers! From Christy being so organized, coordinated and sweet to Lamar (our head mover) and his guys - AWESOME. Not a thing broken. They were professional, so careful and mindful of our stuff and did a superb job. Would recommend in a heart beat!

Great. Two trucks, six movers. Arrived on time, were extremely courteous and conscientious. Belongings delivered with no breakage or other damage. Highly recommended!

they did an excellent job!!!! I'm very ill and on oxygen. I'm very sensitive to smoke and these men didn't smoke at all. they worked very hard and diligently. everything I requested was put together and completed in the time I hired them for. they did not leave a mess. cleaned up after everything was completed.

A few items were damaged and not discovered until movers left.

Workers, especially job captain Daniel, very skilled and professional... Whole job was smooth from start to finish. Christie responded quickly and thoroughly to every call and question I had about the move. I would definitely use them again.

Three guys showed up. The packing took longer than we thought, but then again, it was packed up extremely well. It wasn't clear how carefully they packed, until we unpacked. Daniel was very detail oriented. Moved and reinstalled a grandfather clock. Moved and reassembled a Sleep Comfort bed. No breakage. We both have hobbies that made packing a bit more difficult than what may be normal, but they did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They did an amazing job. They were punctual, took great care in moving and packing objects as if their own. They worked steadily and things were accomplished in a timely manner. Would hire them again and have recommended them to friends and realtor.

The team showed up right on time. They were super friendly and took great care with my possessions through the whole transfer from the freight trailer to their truck. They navigated the tight clearance in my driveway with ease and got my belonging moved exactly where they needed to be without a single dent or ding. I’d recommend the team to anyone in a heartbeat - it’s scary selecting a mover because they are taking charge of all your worldly possessions but these guys treated it as their own. Scheduling and communication was top notch too. These guys are the real deal!!

We had 2 movers and they were FABULOUS!!! Daniel was the lead and he was friendly explained everything well kept us updated on time! The first day they moved us in rain and humid conditions quickly and efficiently. They held our items overnight and met us at the new house the next day on time! He drove the 26 ft truck like a pro down our new long and thin drive with no damage to grass or bushes. I was overall happy and extremely satisfied! Great Job!!

Christy was very easy to work with and prompt with responses to our questions during our investigation process. On the day of our move, the crew arrived on time, were very careful and complete with the packing, took care to not scratch any walls/floors and were careful to not track any dirt in or make a messy (we had closing the next day). Lamar was incredible in his use of space in both the trucks and the storage units, puzzle piecing every available nook and cranny but yet protecting each item from damage. They were very efficient meeting their estimated time schedule with the loading, transport and unloading in to the storage unit. I took the pool table (3 piece slate) apart before their arrival but they did a great job of packing and moving it and the piano. Originally, we planned on doing the second move from storage to our new house after closing but their professionalism has changed our mind and we are now planning on calling them again after we find our new house.

Not one item was broken, but I did end up with a box which belonged to someone else.

From my initial inquiry to the unloading of our home, it was an excellent experience. Everyone was professional and friendly. The movers were early in both arriving in Birmingham and delivering in Tampa. It was a very good experience and now I am reaching out to them again to help with a local move. Highly recommend!!

This company was fantastic! They were extremely careful and took great care of our things. They were meticulous about their wrapping and packing of our furniture pieces to protect from any damage.

Moving service was great! On time and courteous. Even helped me load a few things into my van for me to take home with me instead of going to storage.

Movers Direct was not able to do our small move from Vero Beach, FL, to Columbus, OH, at a price we could afford. Christy was honest and direct about that and told me what to watch out for with other moving companies. I spoke with her twice and she was gracious and helpful, and I thank her for that.

Our experience with Movers Direct was OK, and that is good compared to past experience with movers. They were less expensive and based their fees on home size rather than actual weight. The only problem we had is they could not fit our stuff on their truck, and could not add a trailer as they had promised. They offered to but some of the stuff we did not need, but did not like the prices offered. They came up with a good solution, and delivered some of our things a few weeks later. Breakage was minimal.

Hired this company for the 2nd time as first time went well, very disappointed :( I had to have major surgery so specific instructions given for my move back to TN. Requested certain staff and was told they would be doing my move both ways . I was not present in TN when my stuff arrived and I was told a bunch of young kids moved all my stuff with no regard to what I had requested. I’m assuming since I wasn’t there to “watch” them they did what they wanted . My move was 2 trucks , specific for 1st truck in the apartment , 2nd truck in storage . They moved various boxes in the apartment all in the wrong rooms , put one bed together and not the other Tv, s computers , remotes missing . I assume they are in my storage facility where I cannot get to them . I cannot lift greater than 10 lbs so I have to have others to help me unpack the storage facility since many, many items are packed in there that I need for daily living . I paid this company over 13k with specific instructions due to my medical condition upon arrival to TN No regard was given to me , no respect , and a quick call to obtain payment and get off the phone with everything in shambles . Thanks guys Not sure what kind of conscience you all have but I want everyone to know how you treat repeat customers. Very sad
