They were great.  Someone had come before them and had given me an estimate for around $1800 for three trees.  These guys charged a whole lot less.  I was okay with that except for my poor zinnias.  He said that there was a possibility that they might have to pull them out and then put them back in.  Apparently after pulling them out, they saw that there was no way to put them back in and have them still live.  They returned my call in a timely manner.  They responded and came to the house and did the job in a timely manner.  They didn’t hang around forever.  They worked at a steady pace.  They did what they had to do.  They just didn’t finish up little details.  There are still a couple of limbs that are on the trees that I have to get down.  They apparently didn’t see them but I can see them from the ground.  So I’ll have to get the limbs down from there.  They are small limbs.  I was not pleased with what happened with the zinnias too.  I thought for what they did the price I paid was reasonable.  They did well whatever they did.  They responded well.  They were reasonable and they just didn’t do the work perfectly.  I would use their services again in the future.
