We purchased 2 AC units from Zen Air, and one of units that was installed in 2022 kept shutting down. We finally discovered that the AC unit was installed incorrectly through another company. We called Zen Air and manager wanted to charge us 3 years of past maintenance subscription (3 times $370) just for them to come out and look at the problem they created. Manager is extremely rude and tried to take advantage of the situation over charging. He kept talking over me and took zero accountability for the terrible job they did. I will NEVER use this company again; they are unprofessional and rude! save yourself the headache.

Herb came out and was knowledgeable, professional, and spoke to us in layman terms. We weren't scratching our head for him trying to explain things that were wrong. He was on time, fast and quality repairs and now everything is cooling quite nicely again! Thank Herb! Thanks Temperature PRO!!!
