Requested quotes home advisor. Connected with Kayros from that list who works with Angi. Family came by 4/16/22, unannounced with grandma & baby in the back seat. Verbal quote given. Work started 4/28/22. Owner Jose was teaching his employees RICARDO & Samuel. He yelled in Spanish from below. Wanted to get done fast so worked in dark till 9pm with neighbors c/o. From start Kayros knew would pay with Discover. Finished > 8pm 5/3/22 & Angi app was down. Put Kizzy on tel to straighten out but ended up paying by check d/t app failure. Caused financ mess owner. In dark team forgot to do decorative style in back (though returned to when painted house) did not complete painting yet.

"The client agreed to make a small difference, due to its off-square main structure, preferring the front to look even despite a little off-square in the back… the job was supervised by the client and approved .. In addition, the client preferred to unbalance and not make a new base, which meant an additional cost since it was not in the budget to work with a new structure, that is why we considered her opinion and it was done as she requested, everything was approved by her, in fact her payment was made in a satisfactory manner who work with God nothing Could be wrong"
