Provider ordered flooring and never delivered flooring (and never returned our money). He used a contractor that through trash all over our yard and drank beer on the job - yet, he did fire this guy and used other contractors that were here sporadically. He never finished our job and now we are out $10,000 and our basement is in shambles with trash and destroyed walls. We repeatedly tried to contact him. He called and said he doesn't have our floors nor our money then he stopped returning our phone calls, texts, or emails. He finally had his attorney contact us, but only after we filed a criminal report against him for theft by conversion. Still no money or resolution.

After I paid him an initial $200, he has never returned calls or showed back up to do the work. As a matter of fact, this is in line with multiple accounts of high-dollar projects that he has abandoned. Multiple business partners have given him thousands of dollars that he simply made off with. He's an absolute conman.
