IDC Fire & Water Restoration

The date for the work to be done was moved back five times, and it still has not been completed, and month and a half in.  The guy who did the estimate did it wrong, so after insurance had approved it, they had to get a new estimate, and wait another week for the insurance company.  Because of mistakes, we are now looking at a third estimate, and more waiting.  Thomas Hays is my project supervisor, he does not answer his phone, and only returns calls after two or more messages.  IDC has left cigarette butts scattered throughout the yard, they have twice left nails scattered over the yard, driveway, porch, and steps.  Tonight I had to park in the street and sweep my driveway before I could get in to my garage.  I called Thomas, and he thought the work had been finished a week ago, but almost none of it has been done.  The shingle they chose doesn't match the rest of the roof, and I will now have to have the entire roof replaced.  They have still not replaced the gutters or floodlight.  They have left materials all over my yard, and I now have dead patches of grass, where they killed it.
