They were on-time (but failed to contact me ahead of time as they were supposed to). They quickly located and dug up one of the septic tank lids, took the lid off, took a quick look inside, and started trying to sell $2,200 of baffles and tank pumping and drain field pumping and chemicals that wasn't requested or needed.
I told them I'd think about it, thanked them for their time, and walked them back to the front of the house, never to contact Aaron Plumbing again.
This was the classic bait-n-switch: a low, low come-on price, then a hard upsell of unnecessary services and parts.
I then contacted A Flo Free Septic, who focused ONLY on the line blockage, found it, fixed it from the outside in no time, and charged me a low but fair price. Do yourselves a favor: don't even waste your time with Aaron, and instead contact A Flo Free Septic (Lilburn GA) for a reputable company and good deal.

Everything went great. Tim showed up in the morning and saw the water bubbling up from the ground in the front and concluded there was a leak. We had discovered it the night before and it had probably been leaking for a while.
Luckily a backhoe was not needed and Tim and his team dug a hole for a new pipe to dogleg around a tree and connect the old pipe from the street to the house, bypassing the leaking pipe section. The whole project was finished in a day and by the time we got home from work we had water again.

Provider was great. They came up with a check list of everything we needed to do which we have been working on over time. The person who serviced our home was very good at their job and knew what they were doing.I would use them again!

I obtained the price over the phone to install a new water heater from 4 plumbers. The base price was close for each. Aaron did not give me a price for normal add costs that may be needed based on the site needs. I initially chose Aaron because they had more ratings. However when the plumber came out, the add on costs were more than twice as high as was quoted to me by other providers and the plumber that did install the water heater from other company.
I complained to the service manager and he asked me to send a picture of the site for installation. I sent him a picture but never heard back for him.
The good news, i found an excellent plumber that I can trust.

The plumber was very nice and professional. The cost to clear the main line was average, but their other services such as installing a pressure release valve was pretty high. Overall I believe they are professional and do a quality job. However, I would get quotes from other providers for comparison purposes.

George and Sam were polite, efficient, and professional. George was knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job explaining his findings and what needed to be done. Sam went above and beyond in the hands-on work. They were cheerful and pleasant, despite the pouring rain. They cleaned up the work site and left it as they found it - not easy, considering the work done and the rain.

Checked water main and found no leak. Checked toilets and found fill valve not completely shutting off flow so slow overflow.
Replaced intake and flapper valves at my request. Saved me money as a different company was going to charge me $2000 to run new main to house.
