H. SAMUEL WALKER, PLS One of the founders of ASG, started his career in 1976 in the U. S. Army, and has more than 20 years of working knowledge of the surveying and geomatic design profession that gives him the vision to think outside of the box to give clients a solution to accomplish their goals. While working with the grading contractor and the city of Blue Ridge, there were several problems to solve in building a road that had existing utilities and other constraints that had to be taken into account in order to get the project done. His onsite construction experience afforded him the unique position of knowing not only the technical side of the project but also the practical side.
