Straightforward and efficient. The quote was given in less than a minute on the phone, and the replacement was fast and efficient. They explained up front about time limitations before driving and washing the car right after the install, so I could plan accordingly.

I found Bernard Auto Glass World on Angie's List when looking for a company to replace my SUV’s windshield. After comparing rates with other BIG repair shops, I decided to go with Bernard Auto Glass World and could not be more pleased with my choice. The staff and technician were courteous, professional, punctual, and easy to work with. The quality of work performed met expectations and was on par with industry standards – no need to over pay with another company. I was especially impressed when I learned 1) the warehouse had my 12 year old vehicle’s windshield in stock, and 2) a technician could respond within 24 hours (Saturday appointment). I would gladly use Bernard Auto Glass World again and will recommend it to my friends.

We were given a window of 8-10 AM. Technician arrived approximately 930 AM.
We had a windshield replaced in one of our cars, and a windshield repaired in our other car. The technician was very courteous and professional. Prices are very fair with Bernard, and quality of workmanship is outstanding.
Tamara answers the phone and makes appointments. She is courteous, prompt to respond to questions, and return phone calls.
We would definitely recommend and use their service again.
