Howard the sales guy was very nice, professional, and helped me with choices. The installers were great.
My problem is with honoring the warranty on installation. I called about a loose hardwood board that occurred earlier this year (2015) and was told by Howard that the repair guys will call me shortly to schedule a time for repair. This exchange was repeated 4 times with either Howard or Warren over the following 4 weeks. At this point of never hearing from the repair guys I assume they plan not to honor the warranty. My suggestion to consumers - If your concern is only in quality of sales and installation this company is good. HOWEVER, if you want them to warranty their work and make corrections do NOT contract with this company.
Note: I sense that the sales team expected the repair to be done but they obviously have no influence over their install team. I requested to speak with the owner (Tommy) but was denied.
UPDATE!! I was contacted and correction made thus I changed my rating from D to B. B because the communication required too many phone calls and broken promises.
