Hazel has problems with basic communication. She does all the talking to impress upon you what she knows, but fails to listen to you. She left town and didn't leave us a contact number for another realtor to represent us during her absence. Our home happened to sell while Hazel was in Atlanta attending a realty conference, but the house deal ultimately fell through because she didn't/communicate with the other selling realtor, who happened to be from her office. Hazel told us that the contract failed because when we delivered the contract to Century 21 office, we should have told the secretary to fax and scan the contract to the selling agent and to Hazel in Atlanta. Now really, isn't this what we hired her for? This realty experience should have been called "Self service realty."
Description of Work: Was our listing realty agent with The Hunter Group, Century 21, Statesboro, GA. Listed our home with the Multiple Listing Service for $25.
