Description of Work: While the provider had an excellent response time at initial contact, their service went downhill from there. I scheduled a deep cleaning with them for January 16, 2015. I got a call that morning to confirm that wanted to keep the appointment. They even called to confirm the address as well as directions. At press time, no one has yet to show, let alone an explanation as to why. I centered my day around their arrival which has completely disrupted my day. Lucky for me, I was smart enough to have a back up plan. I inquired with another cleaning service who communicates with their customers and offer a estimated time of arrival. I was really looking forward to having my home cleaned by Sweet & Clean, but there seriously dropped the ball, customer service and potential customers. Very disappointed

Description of Work: They were suppose to clean the house top to bottom, this was the initial cleaning. They did not do the deep cleaning as stated, only surface cleaning which was already accomplished prior. They did not wipe down baseboards, clean windows, clean refridgerator, stove, cabinets or bathrooms floors, I was so upset with this company I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. The worse cleaning setvice ever, my grandkids do a better job than they do.

I called twice and the phone calls were not returned. | |I think they should have responded even if their calendar was full, so that I could look for someone else in a more timely manner.

They are bonded and provided us with a written contract as well as a Service Manual. They are punctual, polite, respectful of our personal space, and flexible in working around our commitments. They offer a large menu of services for home or business.
Description of Work: Vacuumed carpeting in 3 BR's & screened porch, cleaned tile floors, dusted furniture, cleaned kitchen & 2 baths.

Due to my disability I cant do certain things in my home. I may ask a task of them and they have never turned me down. I am very thankful.
