I highly recommend Pierre Refrigeration Services!!! Don came out on a Mon. to assess our 25+ yr. old commercial refrigerator's cooling problem. Because there was a lot of ice on the top of the refrigerator (inside), Don said we needed to turn it off and let it 'thaw out'. He said to call him when the ice had melted, and he would return. I called him Tues. afternoon and he (and his assistant Josh) came out in less than 2 hours! He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed the refrigerator. I am SOOOOOO glad that I called Don for a 2nd opinion because a previous guy had told me that a part needed to be replaced, but that the part was now obsolete/no longer available (because of the age of the refrigerator)!!! Thanks to Don's knowledge, we were able to keep the refrigerator....it is working like new! Don (and Josh!) are very honest, efficient, and know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!! AND, Don did not charge me an arm and a leg...his fee was very reasonable!
