Elias does excellent work at a very reasonable price and I highly recommend him for any type of work you need done on your home. He called me right away, then went out to to my rental houses and gave me an estimate. He clearly described what needed to be done, gave me options to choose from as well as his honest opinion of the most practical solution, and he did exactly what he promised and never tried to upsell me. He sent photos before, during and after the pressure washing and carpentry work was done. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and carpentry skills and how quickly he diagnosed where the leak was coming from. He neatly replaced the rotted wood on the eaves, sealed, primed, and painted them and removed a damaged column from the front porch, within 2 days time. He cleaned up the mess and hauled all the debris away. He was very polite and friendly to me and my tenant. I will definitely be hiring him for my next project!

Gables Pressure Cleaning was very responsive and did a fantastic job. He has top of the line equipment all truck mounted and it just came out perfect. He was professional and always kept me up to date. Scheduling was quick and the job was done very well. The pool deck just looks amazing with the sealer. I highly recommend this company. They don't oversell and do an amazing job.

The quote was almost 3x every other quote, completely unreasonable. Obviously did not choose them.

"Well, we are sorry that this customer felt that way. However, in our pressure cleaning industry we have to follow certain price structures in order to come to a particular price. For example, we have to take into consideration the square footage of the roof [NOT THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE HOUSE] the pitch of the roof, type and shape of tile due to incrementation of the square footage and finally the high liability involved. ALSO, after we are done with pressure washing the roof, now we need to completely rinse off the entire property due to the fall off of the roof dirt and grime. Put all that together and you come to that quotation. THERE IS MANY SO CALLED PRESSURE WASHING COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT DONT WANT TO FOLLOW THIS GUIDELINES OR ARE NEW IN THIS BUSINESS THAT ARE SIMPLY HURTING THE INDUSTRY PRICING BRAQUET, TAKE FOR EXAMPLE THIS CUSTOMERS DISCONTENT WITH OUR PROPOSAL."

I contracted Elias (Eli) at Gables Pressure Cleaning & Painting to pressure clean, paint and handle some minor repairs on the exterior of the house, and his work was not only impeccable, he went above and beyond what was expected or even asked of him. As a former commercial property owner I’ve worked with a lot of painters and handymen over the years and Eli is the best I’ve ever met. Elias Kessep, the owner - and the only one that will go on your roof to do the job, was outstanding. Very professional and meticulous. He will handle your job with expertise. Do yourself a favor and don't look for other, perhaps cheaper, services. Pricing is fair. In the end, you will have a job well done and you'll be happy. Most important, your roof tiles will remain intact.

As owner of my company I don't simply randomly give prices. In our industry we use a formula base on high liability, square footage, type of roof tile and pitch of roof. So, your roof pressure cleaning price was appropriate base on the criteria's mentioned. If by any chance you're basing your C grade pricing on this category due to other lower estimates, you should have chosen the least expensive proposal. For years I have done my own pressure washing but last spring I had injured my hand and couldn't do it myself. I hired Elias at Gables Pressure Cleaning and was very pleased. This spring my hand is much better but I'm hiring Elias again because he was so efficient and professional last year - he washed the whole house in the time it usually takes me to do the pool deck and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Fantastic! They did a superb first-rate job! The roof tile from dirty black back to the original snowy white color! They replaced all the rotted wood on the roof over hangs/soffits. All the work was meticulously done. The owner of the company and his crew are extremely courteous and professional.
