Elias came by the day we called him. We had an estimate emailed to us that same evening and work began on the following Monday. Due to weather, it took 3 days to complete the project. They were on time and very professional. They were very clean and tidy in their process. As Elias found issues, he would bring them to our attention and fixed them at no extra cost. The results were remarkable and very professional. Elias followed up with me at the end of each day showing me what he was able to complete and explain what he would be doing the following day. Elias was very thorough and I could not be more thrilled with results. I will definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone needing these services.

Gables was top-notch from the beginning of my interaction with them. I would give them an A+ if I could. Some highlights: - immediate (<5 min) response to my initial message requesting an estimate - home visit for free estimate within 2 hours of our first conversation - prompt, written estimate provided by email - Eli voluntarily tracked down another specialist company for a related job (dealing with carport construction) that he thought they could do better than he could - prompt scheduling for the service, and willingness to target job to our price range - arrived as scheduled - highly professional job execution and total completion of the work to a very high standard, leaving the job site in great condition. Please note that (at least at the time of this writing) Angie's List has mistakenly listed Gables as a Miami company. This is a company serving the greater Nashville area (and Nashville's the better for it!).

Called and spoke to Elias for an estimate. He was very nice and professional, after discussing amount we agreed on the date, same day he called to let me know they were on the way. Called me after the job was done. I have to say a GREAT JOB was done. NO MORE DIRT & MILDEW and the roof looks fantastic! I am glad I used his company and will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends and family! :) Very happy customer!

He didn't charge me for pressure cleaning the sidewalk or painting the house, which was nice. The work looked really nice. He is very good.

They were very, very careful with my plants and not to dirty the pool. They did an excellent job of pressure washing the roof and it came out like new. I spent $350 for that work. I think that the price was fair for the work that they did and they did a lot of extra things and were very careful. They took all the trash away and it was excellent. They immediately recognized me as a customer after a year and were very polite. They really tried to work with me if I was short of money and I was very pleased with them. They would have probably charged me almost double, but they did a good job. I always look for companies that have good references and I like to pick the best ones that I can afford. I absolutely have no complaints about them. I will definitely use them again and I also used them last year. They also gave me a discount for being on the list as well as a discount for being disabled, so I got a wonderful price. I would tell others that their service was excellent and the pricing was very good. They were knowledgeable about the plants and the problems and they were just excellent all around.

I called for an estimate and they came within the hour. The price was very good and the work was started and completed three days later. They were so efficient and nice that I asked for an estimate to paint our powder room. Again, good price so the work was scheduled and they completed the work beautifully.

Elias was very responsive to my call and immediately came out to give me an estimate the same day. He began work the following week. He kept me up to date on the process of the work, was very professional and did the job within the expected time frame. He is a very honest person and I would highly recommend him for any work needed for your home.

I contacted Gables Pressure Cleaning and Mr. Elias was not at the office at the time but returned my call within a few minutes. He told me he had a job in the area the next day and could stop by to give me an estimate or perhaps even do the job if he had the extra time. He came in at the time agreed and I was pleasurably impresssed by his courtesy and manners. He did quote me $140.00, where other companies had quoted $150-$165, and based on his recommendations on Angie's List I gave the ok. The job was great. My patio is now all white again and I'm extremely happy with his services. Don't hesitate to use him for any pressure cleaning job :)

"I went ahead as schedule to the property & when I arrived the member was in a wheelchair, so I gave her a discount for being a handicap senior citizen. Initially the job was priced at $140, so I dropped it to $100, she was happy and grateful for the discount. To my surprise she gave me the whole $140.00 as previously agreed over the phone. The guy from Gables Pressure Cleaning & Painting came out within two hours after I emailed him. He called me immediately and told me that he lived five minutes away from my house. He gave me a quote as soon as he came out. It was unbelievable; he was extremely prompt. His price was so reasonable that I couldn?t believe it. He quoted $400 for the job, while I?ve had others quoting $1500 for the same job. He hasn?t done the work yet, so I can?t comment on his quality. He is coming back shortly and he is going to pressure clean my entire house, the roof and the sides.

This was a great experience, they were able to come in a timely manner, did their job and a little bit more and cleaned up after themselves. We had to have the washing done because we live in a rather restrictive area. The city zoning department required that the work be done within a week.

Even though he is a little slow on meeting deadlines, the work was good quality. If I felt something was not done to my satisfaction, he corrected without an argument. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work he did.
