We used Daffy Duct and were totally satisfied with the work and the team that provided the service. From quote to follow-up, the Daffy Duct team was outstanding. I would highly recommend.

After claiming the deal, they called me and asked how many thermostats we had in the house, I explained we have two but they both control the same system, as we only have one system (not a dual zone). Right away, the lady on the phone was very hostile and said well we charge per thermostats so it;s not going to be $450 but $800. I said no the coupon said valid for one system and we have one system so they need to honor the coupon, she said no but she can give me a deal and do it for $700, I refused and told them we will not be using them. The entire time she was rude and didn't care/listen to anything I had to say. So beware if you get a deal From Angie's list from them, they will find any excuse not to honor it and upsell you. I am sure it works in many cases but not with me. It;s a very unethical way to do business, total bait and switch!!

My dryer is working just fine now. My clothes (even jeans) dry in just one cycle.

They did a great job and went beyond cleaning the vent by replacing the thermal fuse in my dryer to make sure it worked. I was very satisfied.

Daffy Ducts was excellent! Once I called, I was able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. Their prices are better than many places, and the quality of service is top notch. The gentleman who came to my home, Rodrick, was nothing but kind, professional, courteous, and a very hard worker. He certainly had his work cut out for him, but he did a fantastic, and thorough, job. Definitely recommend Daffy Ducts and Rodrick!

Rod and Aaron showed up to clean my vents. Before starting the job, they explained the process thoroughly and worked diligently until through. Very professional and did not waste any time. I was told I would receive pictures of the before and after process so hopefully they are coming later.

They performed the work needed and actually informed us of what was going to happen. They also cleaned as they moved along each area of where a vent was. All said and done they were very professional and they really took pride in what they were doing. Job well done

Okay. Easier to get to it clean and replace filters

Ducts were cleaned but the photos were not sent to us until weeks later due to some system issues they were having. Also seemed a bit understaffed as it took awhile for them to respond.
