If possible it would be great if you could give me a call personally Monday during business hours and give me more detail to help us improve (678-387-7790). I am glad that we did a good job on everything else and were prompt and responsive. Regarding the price I apologize, what you paid Angie's list was correct. Someone improperly adjusted the rate and you should not have received that bill. As you stated the technician that gave you the incorrect quote was terminated due to suspicion of drinking prior to coming to work. Although we do background checks and drug testing upon hiring we cannot control what everyone does on a daily basis. We hope that their values align with our values of honesty and integrity. Unfortunately this was not the case with that particular employee. We do take our customers care and possessions very seriously which is why we have a zero tolerance policy. I believe at this time the exhaust covers that you ordered were put on by our technicians at no additional charge and your job is complete. I hope that is satisfactory to you and that you would consider giving Daffy Ducts another opportunity to serve you duct and dryer vent cleaning needs in the future.
