Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning
Tech showed on time. The service used a vacuum with a brush on the end of a pole. Service took about 2 hours. The dryer vent was not done until I insisted. I was NOT given my video! I pre-paid, and therefore, the owner of the company would not refund me even a portion of the service fee. I was not told there would be no video before the service was scheduled.

They came back for us in early spring to do air duct cleaning. There were 2 employees who came out. They arrived on time, they did a very throughout job – with no mess what so ever. They did the work for about 4 hours; with no breaks. They were very friendly and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them. I also heard about them through a HVAC company and they offered a discount, because they found out that that was the company who recommended them to us.

They did work for me at my sons home about 3 years ago. He had an upstairs dryer that was not drying. They did all the work, they were efficient and they reasonably priced too. For them to have to get on the roof on a 2 story home and do everything that they did; I was very pleased with their service.

They did work for us about 3 years ago. They cleaned our air ducts. They did a good job and we were very pleased. That was the first time that I had used them. They came out and did what they were supposed to. They were nice and polite when they came out and only one technician came out to do the work.

They did come out and did the service for me 2 different times over the past 2 years. Both times 2 technicians came out and cleaned out my air ducts. I got their names off the yellow pages. They came promptly, they were also affordable and that is why I called them for the 2nd time. They offer discounts and you can negotiate the price.

They did a very good job for me about 4-5 months ago. They cleaned my air ducts and I believe that there were 2-3 of them who came out. They were professional, friendly and thorough. It took them about a couple of hours to do the work and they took no breaks either. This was the first time that I have used them too; and I would absolutely call them back in the future.

They came out about a year ago. They did cleaned all of my air ducts; in the whole house. They were very efficient, they showed up on time and they did a perfect job. They were very knowledgeable too. They did so well that I even kept their card. I was very pleased and if we ever have to have this work done again by them, we would call them. I would recommend them to others too. They also turned my register around due to it being turned the wrong way and they fixed that for me with no extra charge. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A++.

I believe we had them come by to clean our ducts. When we had the ducts clean it was all done in one day. It was a fast service and was not an outrageous price either. There was nothing that put me off about this company; they were quite professional and I was happy with their service.

They were a sub contracts to us through a company who we had install our heating and ac unit. Two people came out and they did a good job. They were thorough and did a good job cleaning up too. They made a point to showed us a camera perspective video so that we were aware of what the cleaning had done.

He gave me an estimate over the phone. I was going to have them do duct cleaning. He was extremely nice and polite over the phone. I had new carpet laid down and they are going to have granite installed in the kitchen and I am waiting to get all this work done before using Daffy Ducts, LLC to clean the air ducts.

They were not happy with them, because they put marks on our hardwood floor. The work was good; but our vents were not very dirty. Two of the employees came out to do the work. They did clean every vent for us. I wished they would they have mentioned to us it was not dirty and they should just do the work at another time.

They did work for me at my mother’s home. They cleaned the air ducts and they did an excellent job at it. They were prompt and I didn’t have to wait. He called me that morning to confirm our appointment, and I believed one or two technicians came out and he/they called me 30 minutes before he/they arrived. They did the work without chemicals; due to our request. I was satisfied and my mother has not had a complaint so I know they/I did well! They also had competitive prices too.

They did do some work for me a few years ago. They cleaned my dryer vents. One technician came out to do the work. It didn’t take him very long to do the work either; maybe an hour. That was the first time that I have used them and when I got a new dryer installed, they mentioned that I needed to get my vents cleaned; so I did.

They brought all their own equipment (ladders, vacuums, etc). There were three crew members and it took about 1 hour to complete the work. They are moderately priced. Scheduling was easy and they accomodated to my time frame. They seemed very knowledgeable and I was happy with the results.
