The company responded before 8:00 AM to a email message I had drafted the night before. By 9:15, I had Brian at my door who thoroughly what he needed to do to both simplify and bring up to code the mess I had under my sink. He prepared an estimate (I have to admit, I choked a bit at the total), but the result was extremely well-done and professional. For a five hour job, including parts and judging by the results, I am very pleased.

Pink plumber were scheduled 1-5 pm but actual arrived at 12:30 pm. The tech open the tank untangled the plumbers snake and pump the tank that had multiple baby wipes that a tenant improperly disposed into the plumbing. The companies that manufacture baby wipes and state they are dissolvable are lying to the general public. I have pics that show otherwise. But the septic company Pink Plumbers saved my bacon on a holiday Saturday weekend and the plumbing is flowing again Thanks Ben Harris and Pink Plumbers. Robert Wood

AMAZING! Tony was so kind and extremely informative! He knows his stuff!!!!! He explained everything he would have to do,and showed me before he did anything. He was able to answer all my questions. He was super conscientious, and wore booties over his shoes to protect the carpet. He left his work place perfectly clean! I will DEFINITELY Recommend Tony, and The Pink Plumber to anyone !

Excellent visit. TJ is extremely attentive and patient. He took time to fully assess the issue and explain everything to my wife and I. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process; he even helped make suggestions for future repairs that would be needed and ideas on how to accomplish the goals we laid out for him. Genuine service is hard to come by these days. TJ and the team at the Pink plumber exemplify this perfectly.

Went very well. Explained all services and prices. He and Steve removed the roots, pumped out the septic tank, and also cleared the field lines, which had backed up with sludge. They also installed a riser lid so that the next time they won't have to dig in order to pump the tank --- awesome!!! Both of them were very respectful and professional.

It was installed wrong and the pipe blew off and blew sewage all over the basement. The repair was done improperly and involved remediation. The company sent was less then professional. They did pay for it and repaired it correctly. But it took many months. It was an ultimate disaster and hassle. I would not use them again.

Tony was super nice, right on time and thorough. He helped us determine that we did not have a leak from the upstairs shower/tub but from the plumbing vent pipe boot on the roof. We did not hire Tony/Pink Plumber because their estimate was far higher than a competitor. We will consider calling Pink Plumber again for any future plumbing issues.
