We are a local contractor serving atlanta & the surrounding counties for the past 23 years. We do not employ high-pressure, commission-based salespeople. We provide detailed evaluations of current roofing conditions, including inspections for hail, wind and other storm damage, as well as roof inspections before purchasing a new home. These evaluations provide information not only on the roof, but on any additional work recommended, whether it is exterior or interior. We provide repair or replacement options for your roof, ventilation, gutters, siding, windows, carpentry needs and any interior repairs that you require. We offer emergency repair services to keep your house from further damage. Our dedicated office staff and experienced repair crews work hard to ensure that you have a positive experience from start to finish, one that you hopefully will recommend to others. Description of Work: Heavy rain and old siding on the house resulted in a 3 foot hole in our master bedroom ceiling. Initial response was very good. Diagnosed and temporarily sealed the siding until it could be replaced. The person who showed up with an estimate for the repairs had different figures than what we had been emailed, of course. Unfortunately, we had the hole in our ceiling for almost a month until workers could be coordinated to start outside repairs and then schedule inside fixes. No one came by to check the progress or quality of the work being done (until we asked them to because we had concerns). The inside repair was far superior to the outside repair. No one ever showed up to inspect the inside work. This company is not good at returning phone calls or emails. We received an email invoice for the total. The price was fair but the work was not timely.

Response from Residential Concerns
While we always appreciate our customer’s feedback, we are a little perplexed by this review. As stated by the homeowner they do not even remember us in the list of contractors that they received estimates from, and yet provided this type of rating? Perhaps they got us mixed up with one of the other contractors. On the day before the appointment, we rescheduled our appointment time, at the homeowner’s request, so he could meet us. Then he was still unable to meet us there for our evaluation. His wife was home but could not come to the door. We were able to talk to her briefly on the phone. We provided an estimate but did not hear back. We contacted them on March 26th and they told us they had our estimate but were still making their decision. We feel we provided excellent service and punctuality with this appointment and we strive to provide this same level of service to all of our potential customers. We are sorry that we were not able to work with the Whites on their project but we look forward to continuing to provide excellent service to the Angie’s List community.
