I hired Your Exterior Pros to install a metal roof on my almost 30-year-old mobile home. I obtained several leads from Angie's list. After careful consideration, I decided to go with Your Exterior Pros. The reviews were all excellent on both Angie's List and Google Reviews. They also gave me the best quote. We are all looking to get the most bang for our buck, LOL, but quality workmanship was also an important factor before deciding who to hire for the job. I was super impressed with the sales guy from Your Exterior Pros. His name is AJ and he really knows everything there is to know about roofs. Talking to AJ and having him answer the list of questions thoroughly in language that was easy to understand is what sealed the deal for me. The 4 workers showed up at approx. 8AM as I was told. These guys worked from sunrise to sunset and my roof was all done in one day. The raw material supplies for the roof arrived one day prior to the installation date (8/29/24). Everything went smoothly and I love my new metal roof. I highly recommend Your Exterior Pros if you are considering putting a new roof on your home.

After using Angi to research for two projects this year, both jobs had excellent results. Most recent job was roof replacement by Exterior Pros. AJ my salesman was very detailed on the process, answering any question I had. It was pleasure to work with AJ and kept me informed on the status of my job. The company and its employees performed an excellent job from beginning to end and with follow up question how I liked the roof. The professionalism, high quality of craftmanship work is an example of nothing but the best for the customer. I highly recommend using this company for your roof needs because they arrived on time as promised and work completed quickly with all documentation of the project. I give them an A++ So far, I have had several great comments from my neighbors.

In July of 2020 I had substantial work done on my house by Your Exterior Pros. I was thrilled with the work at the time. I was recently in Savannah and was disappointed to see that the "boxes" on the porch are looking terrible. Attached are photos taken recently. I'm surprised that these boxes had deteriorated so quickly as it's not even been three years. I have contacted the company, but they have not replied back. I no longer can recommend them.

Fantastic team. Fast, efficient and extremely nice to work with. This was the second roof they’ve installed-one for my previous home (metal) and one for my current home (shingle). Both installations were perfect, they made the process extremely easy-and had the job done on budget and under scheduled time. Thanks to the team-this will be my go-to company forward!

A J , John and the entire crew were terrific We are very happy with the roof and new skylights. The guys were very polite and the cleanup was amazing. Several of our neighbors used them and are similarly happy.

Be sure you read ALL of the reviews, not just the good ones…AND please read this one. It’s completely factual. They will lie to you consistently. I used their sister company for insulation and other energy efficiency projects. That company met my expectations, but “yourexteriorpros” is not the same. Even after paying the deposit weeks ago, trying to schedule the job was a series of no replies, and worse, LIES. After multiple attempts (me calling and texting), I was finally given a date, then the day before the so called roof and fencing work, I called/texted to confirm and was told, “no we have to move to next week”. PLEASE note there was 0 rain on the originally scheduled days. After I asked for a refund if they could not meet the original schedule, the next morning I received a text saying that they could “start” the job on Thursday (just a garage roof and 50 foot fence). When I asked for a completion date, there was no response from scheduling but I got a call from one of their “contractors”. He told me about rain delays on other projects, needing time to ensure completion, etc. but promised they would start the next day (Friday now) and it would be a full days work starting between 8:30-9:00am. Around 11:15am, he and a roofing crew with a DIFFERENT company name on the side showed up. We spent 20-30 minutes noting the fence lines etc. during this time, the contractor stated the roof supplier was running late that day, but they would get it that afternoon and could they leave it in the yard for the next day (of course this was days after we agreed on the shingle type and you’d assume they would have it for install day???). I tried to be nice and asked them to work on the fence that day (Friday) instead. They said sure, we can get that from Home Depot. I never saw them again that day and no call. Not only that, even when I called the “contractor” repeatedly, no answer and the VM was full. After trying multiple numbers, I finally was put in touch with the “owner”. Even after very specific conversations and texts (I still have them), it was back to excuses and “we could start Monday but it’s going to rain for a few days” Be really careful. It will all seem nice and professional at the beginning, then a nightmare after you pay the deposit. Also, let’s just say they try to “avoid” negative reviews, so the positive to negative is probably very skewed. For the business, please don’t post a FAKE reply to this trying to soften the FACTS!

All went very well. Sam Dolan is a real pro. in the quoting dept. The guys who did the roofing repairs worked very hard and had very good customer skins as well. I had one small issue with the work and they corrected it on the spot, These guys are real pros. The price was good for the overall workmanship. I would hire them again, and I highly recommend them.

They worked from 8 am to 7 pm for two straight days and finished the job as promised in two day. Prompt and efficient.

I hired this company, signed a contract and received a date for the work to begin. The afternoon before the crew was to show up, I received a call stating that the company had not ordered enough shingles and work would be delayed. If you have given a customer a firm date, why would you not have all your ducks in a row, materials ordered and crew at the ready? They gave me a new date for the following week. At the 11th hour, I received another call stating that the work would not begin the following day and another excuse was given. Finally, I had a third date for work to begin, the crew showed up and promptly left because of the pitch of my roof. This was not a surprise, everyone at this company knew what my roof looked like. I have not heard an apology, not one word as to when the work would be completed, nothing! No one has called me or emailed me to let me know what is happening. Think twice before you consider hiring this company. This is the poorest way of doing business I have ever seen and I've had way more than my share of shady contractors.
