We made an appt on the 20th of April. We spoke w/Chrissy who scheduled an appointment for the next day (21st of April) between the hours of 12:00 p.m. thru 4:00 p.m. At 3:42 p.m. Chrissy calls to ask if it would be okay to reschedule the appointment because it looked like her technician would not be able to come today. REALLY? I told Chrissy that her company held me hostage in my own home for almost four hours & then calls? In my opinion, this is unsatisfactory customer service. I would not want them to look at my roof from across the street!!!!!

That technician indicated that you would not allow the inspection to take place because we were late. In our industry, some appointments do take longer than others and that unfortunately makes the subsequent appointments later. We literally did everything we could to get to you. Once again, I apologize for not being able to make it on time and I am more sorry that you didn't get to experience our otherwise great service."

Paul from Tech Roof Pros was very responsive and professional when I needed roof repairs done following Hurricane Matthew. He inspected my roof and gave me several options for the repairs depending on my budget. This was very helpful because insurance was not covering the repairs. The work was completed at the time that we agreed upon and the repair was done well.
