Vaden Volkswagen

I have been taking my vehicle to Vaden Volkswagen's service center since about 2010 and have received varying levels of service over that time. My two most recent visits have been the most enjoyable and worth reviewing. As most people are quick to give bad reviews for bad experiences, I wanted to help balance out by sharing a good experience.
I have interacted with Lehman, one of the seasoned service representatives, for most of my visits and always enjoy chatting with him as he is always friendly and quick with a joke and keeps a smile on your face throughout the entire process.
The technician who has worked on my car for the past two visits is one of the two technicians who is officially certified to work on my vehicle. He always does an amazing job and pays great attention detail. All of my maintenance needs were met each time and I always feel like my car has a bit more pep to it after I get it back.
These folks have been great to work with but like anyone else; you'll get out of it what you put into it. If you treat everyone there with the same level of respect, courtesy, and positivity that you expect from them, you'll get it.

They changed these mounts. I thought we were good. Fed up with their lack of attention to detail I went to another mechanic for other work.
After his work I went on the road to service my clients, (insurance agent) and my car broke down on the way. The fifth gear popped out again multiple times. I barely made it to my first appointment. When I tried to leave the car was locked into 2nd gear and I had to call for a tow and rent a car to finish my appointments for the day. Can you say ballistic?
The car never did get fixed. I had to buy a replacement car.

They were very prompt and they have very good customer relation. They came out and showed us how to fix the door locks. We never dealt with them before, so we're pretty impressed with their people.
