From my first meeting with the sales rep, Jared Gable, through the installation of my new roof and subsequent follow-up as supervised by Brent Newton, it was a very pleasant experience. I have a house in the historic district which presented a unique set of issues, but I found the "team" to be very responsive, professional, conscientious, and courteous throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a roof installation or replacement.

This company scams insurance companies. They billed us for work they did not do and scammed the insurance. The final bill for a standard roof replacement was $19,000. This should have been a $13,000 roof job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I don't think our staff has met you, and I do know we never signed a contract together. Our contract, pre-start checklist, and in-person contract meeting is clear and goes into how exactly how we work with insurance carriers (exactly the same as any other collision body shop, storm restoration company, insurance law firm, fire and water company) Also, I believe you guys did save out of pocket money on your deductible as well for some things we were able to get covered for you personally, which is good for everyone. Your husband and son have loved us throughout the process, and even left us an awesome review! Below are what was signed, discussed, and explained at the meetings we had with your husband! Overall everything went awesome, and looks amazing! I am the owner, you can call me personally and I'll talk about anything with you you like - and really listen. I'd love to know, and see how I can help and rectify anything you think may be wrong okay. I'm here, and I'll do whatever I can to make you happy."

Very professional estimating. Excellent installation. Shingles and dumpster showed up on specified date. Roof stripped, wood repaired, and installed new roofing in a half a day as scheduled. All debris and nails removed. Very impressive. The supervisor even returned for final nail sweep after the dumpster was removed.

Let me first start by saying I am a picky person. I have a business myself for over 28 years. I found the company South Shore Roofing on the web and requested a quote. Damin the sales representative came to my home and evaluated the condition of my roof on our main house and our guest. We had a whole in guest house roof from a tree branch. The main house was missing multiple shingles from wind damage. He returned within a couple days with the quote and helped with insurance claim paperwork. Brent the site Forman contacted me when the material arrived and supervised the roofing crew. The 7 man roofing crew was fantastic, truly amazing. There work ethics was nothing shy of fantastic. It felt like they were in competition between each other while they we working. Two brothers and 5 cousins working together. I would recommend this company to everyone needing roof repairs. Thank you for the great work !!!!!!!!!!

South Shore Roofing replaced the roofs on our apartment. However, a subcontractor did not get paid and the apartments got liened. South Shore Roofing has not made sure the contractor got paid and our property still has a lien from the subcontractor! Beware!

South Shore Roofing Company is my hero! They met with my insurance adjuster, handle all the paperwork and relieved my fears. They took the time to explain the roofing process in a great deal. They provided me with samples of all the products. They sent an email about what to expect. Luke Patrick, the estimator was awesome. The foreman, Brent Newton, was constantly inspecting. From beginning to end, they were very professional. By the end of the process, I felt we were friends. This is truly a company that cares. They even sent me a Christmas card. The office manager, Erica, was constantly on point and made herself available if I had any concerns.

The crew that installed the new roof was very safety conscience because my roof has a steep pitch. When the crew was on the roof they were tied off. The crew always had someone on the ground picking up debris and nails from the old roof coming off and they also picked up the wrapping material from the new shingles that were installed.

I had a roof replaced after a free inspection that revealed hail damage. The workers were quick, efficient, and effective. The edge lines across the roof could not have been straighter had they been laid out with a laser. My vents that went through the roof were painted, from white to black, and visually disappeared. Just an example of the thoughtful attention to detail in their work. The sealant around the mounting points for my satellite dish guarantee it will never leak. I give them my highest possible recommendation. OUTSTANDING!
